Before you book
Is the counselling session really free?
Yes. The first session costs nothing and carries no obligation to continue with us. We would rather tell you honestly that your plan needs changing than take a fee for confirming it.
What should I bring to the first session?
Your most recent transcript or result card, your IELTS score if you have taken it, and a realistic figure for what your family can fund per year. Those three things let us give you a useful answer immediately.
Can you help if my grades are low?
Often, yes — foundation years, pathway programmes and certain destinations are built for exactly this. What we will not do is take your money to apply somewhere that will refuse you.
Do you guarantee a visa?
No, and neither can anyone else — the decision belongs to the destination country's immigration authority. What we can do is make sure your file gives that decision the best possible chance.
Can you help with scholarships?
Yes. We screen you against merit awards, country-specific grants and university fee waivers you actually qualify for, and manage the deadlines, which are usually earlier than the admission deadlines.
